SKILLS FIRST
Kaleidocode Pivot (KCP) was founded on the premise that you can develop young skills while delivering quality software projects. We call this"Skills First". Over the years our management team have developed a successful process that allows us to find talented individuals, skill them up through our bootcamp and other curriculums and then coach and mentor them until they are able to add actual value to real world projectsacross a number of sectors.
Through this process we have been able to assist organisations to grow their software development and quality assurance teams consistently. We have had a 100% employment rate for all of our apprentices (post graduation) with some having been placed at companies like Amazon Web Services, Derivco and Impro Technologies, and more than 50% of our apprentices being placed within the Kaleidocode Group. |
