SKILLS FIRST
Kaleidocode Pivot (KCP) was founded on the premise that you can develop skills while delivering quality software projects. We call this"Skills First". Over the years our management team have developed a successful program to find talented individuals, skill them up through intense bootcamps and coach them to add measureable value to enterprise class software projects.
Through this process we have been able to assist our clients to grow their software development and quality assurance teams consistently. We have had an almost 100% employment rate for our graduating apprentices. Partly they have been placed permanently at companies such as Amazon Web Services, Derivco, LexisNexis and HID Global, and partly placed within the Kaleidocode Group working as consultants. |
UNDERSTANDING YOUR CHALLENGES
To deliver on our vision of providing the market with skilled individuals and high quality software, we focus on understanding your domain and your challenges. The key to this is responsibly sourcing people and offering skills growth alternatives for your business.
