OUR BUSINESS ANALYSTS
We believe great business analysis is one of the most important and often overlooked aspects of a software development project. Too often teams come to the end of an iteration or program increment and the customer is less than satisfied by what they see, due to confusion around requirements and goals that are left unclarified.

Effective analysis upfront, and a solid understanding of the business mitigates many issues in the early stages making for a smoother build process, and less rework post build when it is expensive and difficult to fix.

Our BA's will engage with stakeholders as well as the software team ensuring that the right questions are asked and answered. Having worked on projects that varied from small mobile applications right the way through to large-scale ERP and banking solutions, our resources have the ability to work across all levels of the organisation, building a strategic understanding of both immediate and long term goals.​  

OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT / SCRUM MASTERS​
