Kaleidocode Pivot places you as a top IT graduate on software development apprenticeship programs that accelerates your growth, and provides the necessary commercial skills to succeed in blue chip ICT environments.

You will gain both hard and soft skills from coaches and from your daily software project experiences.

If you applied to our 2026 apprenticeship program, then please allow for 2 to 3 weeks for a response due to the volume of applications. If you have not heard from us within 4 weeks then please assume your application was unsuccessful.

If you are still studying in 2nd year and are interested in applying for our 2027 apprenticeship program, then please note that 2027 applications will open in July 2026.

OUR​ APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

​Our Apprenticeship Program is designed to suit graduates looking to gain real world software development experience and to grow skills exponentially to get ahead in their career.

Our apprenticeships are paid positions where you are employed full time, earning for 12 months, whilst building key experience, learning commercial skills and kick starting your career. The apprenticeship is a one year contract, intended to transition into a permanent role thereafter, either within the Kaleidocode Group; or with one of our client partners.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Check to see if you qualify to apply for our program:

• Graduate of a Diploma, Degree or post-degree qualification within the faculties of IT or Computer Science or Software Development
• Graduated within the last 2 years
• South African citizen
• The position is located in Durban, KZN (relocation at own cost)
• Strong English comprehension, verbal and written business language skills
• Available to start our programme in early January 2026 running until end of December 2026
• Passionate about learning and about growing your skills
